On Toys and Games that Better the Lives of Kids
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010With my kids, I had no trouble at all since I would place them between their toys and games. In their toy room, it was so jam-packed with playthings that sometimes they’d appear so hidden amongst them. They seemed to be entombed in kids toys.
It conveniently gave me so much time to do my tasks around the household and on the occasions when my mother and father popped by to visit them, they genuinely delighted in watching them mess around with their toys. When I go shopping, one of the first places I have to go to is the toy and games section. Similarly, when I was online I’d always check out a toys directory to discover if there was anything interesting to buy for my kids. Teddy bears used to be my youngster’s favourite toy as they would to snuggle them so tight and wipe their small faces into them.
When the children got bigger, they gave up toys and then started taking pleasure in board games like chess, scrabble, checkers etc. They would call school friends over to the house and get involved with games like cricket, tennis, chasing etc. It was a lot of fun to see them develop from state to stage, invariably improving at what they did everyday. Thats what I love most about my children. Their sharing habits, so simple and innocent.
